Creative Services Designer

Description

Our creative team is part of a growing group of professionals who provide analytics, digital, design, photography, and videography services to clients across the nation (and a few across the pond!) We get excited about finding smart, engaging ways to help our clients help their clients! From packaging design that leaps off the shelf to in-store signage and the ad circular that brings the shopper to the store… every moment in the shopper’s journey is carefully considered. We work hard and take time to play with quarterly events, staff outings, a birthday committee, and everyday ways to celebrate our accomplishments.

About you:

You’re obsessed with detail because you know that the best designed piece is no good if it’s full of errors. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment using your organizational skills to keep you on track and love operating with clear instructions and little supervision.

What you’ll do:

· Work as part of our Creative Services team to ensure copy and data is imported correctly into InDesign

· Access portfolio resources to locate, place and utilize strong content

· Complete client approval process

· Collaborate with other department managers to meet production schedule

Requirements

What you need:

· 2-years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite

· Resilient to fast-paced environments where tight deadlines are the norm

· Strong time management skills

What will set you apart:

· Experience with pre-press or pre-flight processes

· Experience in ad circular or direct mail production

· Retail design or marketing experience

· Demonstrated experience with project or data management

Work Environmental Factors

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to hazardous materials. A production employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
