**Job Description**

Cintas is seeking a Creative Services Manager - Designer, Enterprise & Segments. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing programs and initiatives for the company, including customer programs, enterprise support materials, internal and external brand materials, marketing initiatives and corporate events; working with the Director to develop and execute the tactical strategy; working with Global Account Managers, Major Account Managers, Account and Marketing Managers to manage, create, design and execute the corporate strategy and messaging for campaigns, initiatives and corporate materials; within with Segment Marketing Managers to ensure alignment to segment positioning, messaging, initiatives and goals; acting as a brand ambassador to provide leadership direction and execution for the marketing department and the company; leading the creative direction and execution of large prospect RFPs for sales presentations and meetings for various business divisions and segments; making presentations to leadership for their programs, events and project initiatives.

**Skills/Qualifications**

Required

+ 4+ years' marketing and project management experience

+ Experience with developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns

+ Experience working with agencies and freelancers

+ Experience in customer and vendor negotiations

+ Strong project management skills

+ Excellent public speaking skills

+ Experience working with cross-functional teams

+ Mac environment experience

+ Ability to work closely with senior leadership and marketing managers

+ Ability to travel

+ Bachelor's Degree; BA, Fine Arts, Design or Marketing Degree with 3-5 years' experience

Preferred

+ Design experience
