Creative Services Project Manager

The Creative Services Project Manager is responsible for managing the Creative Center of Excellence creative projects. including print, digital, video, and tradeshow. S/he drives the CCoE workflow process from project through delivery and production, ensuring projects goals are met on time and within budget scope.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Development and Execution CCoE Creative Deliverables:

o In partnership with the Creative Center of Excellence Account team, ensures all necessary information is captured on creative briefs prior to project kick-off
o Collaborates with Sr. Creative Manager for creative resourcing to accommodate project timing
o Develops and manages comprehensive project schedules to meet deadlines
o Point of contact for all key meetings: responsibilities include scheduling kick-offs and internal reviews, attend all meetings, capturing notes and next steps. Leads team huddles to ensure daily and weekly priorities are met. Escalates risk of project delivery delay
o Manages and maintains daily project status and delivery report/s
o Partners with leadership to prioritize workload as needed to accommodate project delivery
o Manages the trafficking and routing of all creative online and offline projects to ensure all edits are pulled through and approved by key CCoE stakeholders prior to project delivery
o Manages the receipt and internal distribution of updated brand guidelines and label updates

• Production Management:

o Secures timelines and estimates from Creative Center of Excellence production partners
o Manages oversight of production process and project scope
o Maintains vendor relationships. Communicates project schedule shifts confirming availability and escalates risk for sourcing new vendors as necessary

• Vendor Management:

o Maintains and manages monthly vendor accruals
o Validates vendor invoices prior to AP submission

• Resource Management:

o Partners with Sr. Creative Manager to identify resourcing needs and utilization

• 5 plus years in an advertising agency environment with Biotech/Pharma industry related experience
• Proven experience as an integrated project manager to include a background in print, video and digital production. Heavy video production a plus
