We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.Responsibilities:- Study the content trends and user habits of 30+ videos in the US, and explore the content and topics that can be templated- Onboard high-quality video creators according to CapCut needs and assist in building & managing large-scale template supply processes- Responsible for the daily maintenance, education, and interviews of creators; improving the quality of their videos
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, from any major- 3+ years of working experience in the content & creator industry, strong communication skills and content sensitivity- Familiar with video editing and have an aesthetic sense on video creation- Good at project management, with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation- Able to proactively discover and solve problem- Able to adapt to the working environment of a multinational teamByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $72200 - $133000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
