About the Role

We're hiring a Creator Partnerships Manager on behalf of a fast-growing dental products brand in active scaling mode, looking to turn product seeding into compounding, creator-led growth. This is a fully remote, US-based contractor role working closely with the brand's content and growth teams.

This is not a high-level "strategy only" role. We want someone who lives in the details, knows creators deeply, and is in the weeds daily building relationships, managing outreach, and improving performance across platforms. You should be comfortable operating inside a brand moving fast and changing shape week to week.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute the creator partnerships and seeding program end-to-end
• Identify, recruit, and manage creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Run high-volume product seeding while keeping the quality of relationships intact
• Track performance, iterate quickly, and double down on what's working
• Coordinate every stage of the creator journey, from first send to long-term partnership
• Build systems that scale outreach, follow-ups, and retention
• Work closely with content and growth teams to align messaging and offers

What We're Looking For

• Direct experience working with DTC ecommerce brands (in-house or contractor)
• Proven track record working inside companies in hyper-growth or active scaling phase, where priorities shift fast and execution speed matters
• You naturally operate "in the weeds" and are detail-oriented and hands-on
• Deep understanding of TikTok and how seeding turns into viral growth
• Strong grasp of all major creator platforms and how creator behavior differs across them
• You know how to build and nurture real community, not just one-off transactions
• Experience coordinating and scaling seeding or creator programs
• Relentless work ethic: you move fast, follow up, and don't drop balls
• Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in beauty, personal care, oral care, or health & wellness DTC verticals
• Familiarity with creator and affiliate platforms or tracking tools (e.g., Aspire, GRIN, Impact, Refersion)
• Existing creator relationships across TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
• Experience launching seeding programs from scratch (vs. inheriting existing ones)

• Engagement type: Independent contractor, long-term
• Schedule: Full-time hours expected
• Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 USD per year, based on experience (paid as a contractor)
