Are you an experienced Dental Credentialing Expert looking to join a thriving, fast-growing pediatric dental practice? Children’s Dental FunZone, with 18 locations across Southern California, is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to join our team!

As our Credentialing Expert, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our providers are properly credentialed and compliant across all plans, helping us deliver the highest quality care to our patients. You will work closely with leadership, providers, and insurance companies to streamline the credentialing process and keep everything running smoothly.

• Manage credentialing and re-credentialing processes for providers across multiple offices.

• Handle all credentialing with HMO, PPO, and Denti-Cal insurance plans.

• Maintain accurate records of provider contracts, licenses, and certifications.

• Monitor renewal timelines and ensure timely submission of required documents.

• Communicate with providers, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve credentialing issues.

• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and insurance regulations.

• 3–5 years of experience in Dental Credentialing (required)
• Strong knowledge of HMO, PPO, and Denti-Cal credentialing processes (required)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
