Credentialing Specialist – Mental Health Provider Enrollment
Las Vegas, Nevada | On-site | Part-time | $22–$25 per hour

Beyond Expectation Psychological Services is seeking an organized credentialing professional to support mental health provider enrollment, payer participation, and accurate public directory information at our Warm Springs office.

Responsibilities
• Verify provider credentials and maintain complete, current enrollment records.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on commercial insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and EAP credentialing and recredentialing applications.
• Track effective dates, group affiliations, documents, renewals, and outstanding requests.
• Coordinate with providers, payers, billing staff, and office leadership to resolve enrollment issues.
• Review payer directories for correct locations, phones, websites, specialties, and group associations; document and follow up on corrections.
• Maintain confidentiality and clear submission records, reference numbers, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications
• Experience in a mental health office and provider credentialing.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and medical terminology.
• Strong accuracy, organization, follow-through, and communication.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with a clinical and administrative team.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and credentialing computer systems.
• Multi-state credentialing experience, including Michigan, preferred.

Schedule and pay
Part-time on-site opportunity; availability and shift needs discussed during the interview. Posted pay: $22–$25 per hour.
