Credit Analyst

Description

Review and analyze tax returns, financial statements and other financial information of potential borrowers to determine potential borrower’s ability to repay debt. 

Have contact with potential borrowers/loan brokers to obtain all information necessary to complete the analysis.

Prepare Summary and Loan Offering for all loan applications meeting Bank underwriting standards and make recommendation for disposition of loan request. 

Prepare commitment letters in accordance with terms of Loan Committee approval.

Process all types of commercial loans, lines of credit, commercial term loans & renewal of loans & lines of credit.

Review Operating Agreements and leases.

Provide detailed cash flow analysis.

Run credit reports and evaluate principals’ credit profile.

Assemble, verify & ensure accuracy of loan documentation. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual salary: $60,000-$75,000

Onsite: 66 West Mount Pleasant Avenue; Livingston, NJ

Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Thursdays 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Fridays 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

QUALIFICATIONS: 

At least two years of experience as a commercial lending credit analyst.

Familiarity with Fiserv-Cleartouch software preferred
