Credit Analyst - Commercial Lending - Quad Cities- Not Remote

We are seeking an individual skilled in credit analysis and business lending to assist in growing our portfolio of commercial loan relationships. This position is in-person and does not have ability to be remote.  

Key responsibilities include:

• conducting credit investigations
• analyzing credit information pertaining to commercial loans
• assisting in the preparation of credit approval presentations
• preparing financial analysis and loan documents 
• preparing annual reviews and risk ratings for existing loan relationships
• developing and maintaining client relationship

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related field along with a minimum of three to five years of Credit Analyst experience in a financial institution setting.  Qualified candidates must have strong relationship building skills. Prior agriculture lending experience is a plus.
