DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Learn how to prepare loan documents and setup sheets.
2. Learn how to analyze & prepare Ag loan applications for loan committee.
3. Learn how to provide services, analysis, and consultation on an ongoing basis. Develop and maintain relationships.
4. Learn how to prepare loan files and assist in insuring that all loan documents are properly prepared, loan files are kept current and relative, and appropriate information is forwarded.
5. Learn how to assist in developing strategies that maximize the growth, earnings, and efficiencies on a short (1 year) and long term (3-5 years) basis.
6. Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Ag or related field
• Strong Ag background
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand financial information
• Strong credit skills
• Understanding of applicable laws/regulations/compliance
• Knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to give support to multiple people
• Ability to relate to customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Professional image
• Ability to make sound, logical decisions and to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
• Ability to produce accurate results, to work independently and be a self-starter

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
