Credit and Collections Manager

• Ensure the efficient operation of the accounts receivable department
• Manage all accounts receivable for the company
• Process credit applications submitted by the various branches
• Approves all timecards for the accounts receivable team
• Audit delinquent accounts deemed uncollectible and verify that maximum collection efforts have been undertaken before designating accounts as bad debt.
• Oversee the function of special billings, credit and collections
• Provide leadership by training, leading, and managing the accounts receivable team.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience with collections and Billing
• Practical experience with ERP systems
• Process oriented work approach
• Experience with ERP software Microsoft Business Central is desired
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite desired
