Credit Associate

One of the best shipping companies in the country!

Duties may include researching and contacting delinquent accounts to arrange collection of outstanding payments. May also prepare correspondence to customers, make recommendations to suspend credit and communicate customers' status to Center teams.

The hours for this position are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.  The starting pay is 14+/hr.

Decision-making responsibilities and the ability to maintain strong working relationships with customers and inside sales team.  Must be able to organize and prioritize work independently. Must possess a professional telephone manner, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Exceptional writing skills with proven ability to compose clear and concise emails required. Keyboarding skills with solid experience in Window applications, including proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook a plus.
