Credit Manager

At Valor Oil, the Credit Manager leads the credit and collections team to manage delinquent accounts, negotiate payment plans, create credit accounts with clients, and optimize cash flow. This position is responsible for analyzing debt trends, implementing company policies, and fostering positive, professional relationships with customers during the recovery process. 

Start: Immediate

Location: Owensboro, KY Corporate Office

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:40 pm

Pay: $60k - $65k salary

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee all Accounts Receivables
• Handle past due accounts and manage collection efforts
• Review and complete credit applications and set payment terms
• Set up new accounts and codes
• Process monthly statements and weekly reports
• Monitor and oversee credit card systems
• Reconcile credit card accounts

• Must have experience and knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Credit/Collections
• Exceptional analytical skills to identify trends and evaluate credit risk
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating with customers
• CRM experience
• B2B experience a plus
