Position: Credit Risk Analyst
Pay: $26-35/hr
Location: Remote (Pacific Time Zone preferred, but not a requirement)

In this role, you'll:

* Mitigate Risk: Analyze credit data and financial statements to assess the creditworthiness of sellers, ensuring responsible lending practices.

* Provide Expert Support: Address seller inquiries regarding loans, documents, and risk assessment through effective utilization of CRM tools.

* Optimize Processes: Streamline loan cycle complexities and escalation paths to efficiently address seller needs, minimizing risk exposure.

* Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to BSA/AML regulations through ongoing training and diligence in performing related duties.

* Drive Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

* Champion Seller Needs: Advocate for our seller community by identifying trends in risk factors and suggesting improvements to policies and products.

* Collaborate Seamlessly: Work closely with teammates across departments utilizing digital platforms to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

You're a great fit if you have:

* 1-3 years of experience in risk analysis or a financial institution (preferred).
* A genuine passion for mitigating risk and promoting financial stability.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools; SQL experience is a plus.
* The ability to thrive in a remote work environment and effectively manage your workload.
* Bonus points for familiarity with Square and experience with MacBooks.
