We are looking for a motivated and skilled Crew Chief / Lead Mitigation Technician to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in responding to water, fire, and mold mitigation projects
- Perform and oversee job-site inspections, scoping of services, and documentation
- Ensure high standards of safety, customer satisfaction, and job quality
- Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and management
- Train and mentor technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience in water and fire damage mitigation (leadership experience preferred)
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- IICRC certifications (preferred, but not required – training provided!)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Hourly Rate: to $25/hour (based on experience)
Overtime: Paid at time and a half
