Job Description - Crew Chief / Lead Mitigation Technician

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Crew Chief / Lead Mitigation Technician to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team in responding to water, fire, and mold mitigation projects

Perform and oversee job-site inspections, scoping of services, and documentation

Ensure high standards of safety, customer satisfaction, and job quality

Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and management

Train and mentor technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Experience in water and fire damage mitigation (leadership experience preferred)

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)

Strong communication and organizational skills

IICRC certifications (preferred, but not required – training provided!)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Hourly Rate: to $25/hour (based on experience)
Overtime: Paid at time and a half

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
