What You Will Do
As a Construction Crew Foreman, you are the engine of our daily productivity. You won’t just be supervising; you’ll be an active part of the mission.
Lead with Impact: Drive daily productivity for the installation, repair, and maintenance of our fiber optic network.
Cultivate Culture: Foster a respectful and safety-driven environment where every team member feels valued and protected.
Master the Craft: Operate heavy equipment and drilling rigs while ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Problem Solve on the Fly: Identify and troubleshoot job site challenges, ensuring the project stays on track and the team stays efficient.
Professional Representation: Accurately document progress and materials while serving as a professional face of the company to the community.
What We Are Looking For
We need a results-driven leader who is eager to work hard and possesses the following:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of leading a crew in utility construction; drilling rig experience is required.
Licensing: A valid driver’s license is required; a CDL is highly preferred.
Stamina & Grit: Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs routinely.
Technical Savvy: Ability to follow prints and maps, with a basic competency in computer-based environments.
Commitment: Willingness to travel throughout our service footprint and a steadfast dedication to safety protocols.
Salary: $24.00 per hour
Location: In-person, based out of the Pocatello, ID area.
