Job Description

Sherman Pole Buildings is taking applications for a Crew Laborer position.

Qualifications:

-        Previous carpentry experience preferred but we also value the opportunity to teach somebody from the ground up

-        Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow.

-        Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools

-        Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions

-        Comfortable working at heights and on ladders

-        Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

-        Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

-        Ability to work independently and as part of a team
