We are seeking the right Crew Leads to join our North Denver-Boulder team.
As an EverLine Coatings Crew Lead, you will utilize our specialized equipment to apply market-leading paint,
asphalt, and sealcoating products on pavement and other industrial services. Our Crew Leads manage, and work
as a part of, a crew of high-performance Pavement Maintenance Technicians to deliver fantastic results for our
clients. EverLine Coatings provides a full suite of high-quality line painting and pavement maintenance services for
parking lots, warehouses, and other industrial surfaces. In addition to painting services, we offer power sweeping,
power washing, pothole repair, asphalt sealcoating, crack filling and more. This is a full-time position, working
hours are 40-50 hours per week with weekend, nighttime, and overtime work sometimes required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
● Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt repair, crack filling, sealcoating, power washing, epoxy
flooring and more.
● Plan each project according to the scope of work outlined in the customer proposal and direct and
supervise the crew to ensure high-quality and efficient project completion.
● Finalize list of equipment, tools and materials necessary for each project based on the project scope of
work specifications.
● Communicate job status daily with the General Manager
● Maintain a safe, hazard-free jobsite.
● Undergo EverLine product and services training and train and supervise Pavement Maintenance
Technicians
● Assist in maintaining necessary inventory and perform maintenance of equipment used for various jobs
● Additional tasks as required.
WHAT YOU BRING
● A valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable
mode of transportation
● You are self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
● Successful supervisory experience within construction or related industries
● Line painting & asphalt maintenance expertise a plubs
● You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail
● Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
● Ability to work well independently unsupervised
● Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
● Positive attitude and ability to work with others
● An Engineering educational background is an asset
