Role Overview
We’re hiring a Landscape Foreman / Crew Lead to manage daily operations on-site and ensure quality project execution. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll guide your crew through various landscaping tasks—mulching, planting, trimming, edging—and ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a crew in executing landscape maintenance and installation projects
- Delegate and perform tasks such as planting, edging, mulching, trimming, and cleanup
- Operate and monitor use of landscaping equipment, tools, and trailers
- Train and mentor team members to support professional growth and team performance
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with customers and crew to meet expectations and deadlines
- Assist in seasonal services, including spring/fall cleanups and winter snow removal
What You Bring to the Table
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous landscaping experience (required), including equipment operation
- Experience hauling and maneuvering trailers
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality work
Work Hours & Compensation
- Typical hours: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (seasonal variation applies)
- Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience and performance)
- 1099 contractor role with potential W2 conversion in the future
- Annual bonuses + PTO based on tenure
