Position Overview: EverLine Coatings & Services is seeking a dedicated and flexible Crew Lead to lead a team of Pavement Maintenance Technicians (PMTs). This position is ideal for individuals looking to use their leadership skills while being the point-of-contact of job sites. We are looking for someone who has experience running light machinery, can trouble shoot and find solutions to issues that arise, can drive a company work truck with a trailer attached, and has a positive attitude. This is a seasonal position with the season running from April through November.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform line striping for both new and existing layouts

Execute pothole repairs using infrared technology

Apply sealcoating and crack filling as required

Track and manage inventory

Drive work truck with trailer attached

Requirements:

Clean driving record

previous experience with light machinery

can trouble shoot and find solutions to problems and equipment breakdowns

Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights and weekends

Ability to respond to on-call assignments with short notice

Reliable personal transportation to and from Meriden, CT

Strong work ethic and reliability

Steel Toe work boots required

Compensation:

$30 per hour
