Location: New Carlisle, IN 

Pay: $25-$30/hr based on experience. 

Start Date: Variable

About the Role: Lead a team of technicians handling the transport and placement of critical IT equipment within a high-security data center environment.

Responsibilities:

· Guide daily crew activities and ensure compliance with safety and SLA expectations

· Communicate real-time updates to supervisors

· Document progress and submit milestone updates

Requirements:

· Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or tech installation

· Familiar with pallet jacks, carts, and basic ESD handling procedures

· PPE-compliant (boots, glasses, gloves, vest, hard hat, hearing protection)

· Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
