Crew Leaders

The Assistant Managers are a valuable and vital member of our team.  As an Assistant Manager your role is to make our customer's lives easier.  You will be responsible to manage, direct and train restaurant staff while you work hands-on along-side of them.  Your goal is to ensure outstanding service, properly prepared products, a clean and organized operations following all safety and security practices while following Little Caesars processes and procedures.  As a manager you must be proactive rather than reactive.

Your role will also be vital to the success of the business because you will also need to operate your shifts so that we build sales and control costs, run a safe operation while we serve the customer.  Additional responsibilities include following proper cash and banking procedures. You will support the Restaurant Manager in developing a strong team. We have systems, resources and training in place to help make you successful.  The ball will be in your court!

The position can be full or part-time depending your circumstances and the business needs of the restaurant.  For those desiring more hours, your availability and ability will be key factors.  

Requirements

• Have previous experience in restaurants, retail or in a customer focused position.

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Eligible to work in the United States.

• Possess necessary skills to communicate, motivate and lead. 

• Be dependable, hardworking and ability to work under pressure & in stressful situations.

• Be able work your schedule and be able to perform all essential function of the job.

• Highly Desired: Possess a valid driver license and reliable vehicle (with insurance).
