We are seeking a crew lead/maintenance technician for our PG County and Southern Maryland crew.

In this role you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the region. Working hours may be 40-50 hours per week with some weekends and overtime work required. Overnight work may also be required periodically

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crackfilling and sealcoating, power washing, epoxy flooring and more

Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project

Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager

Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site

Additional tasks as required

WHAT YOU BRING

An active driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation to the office

You are self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve

You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail

Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)

Ability to work well independently unsupervised

Plus Experience: Asphalt/pavement industry, small engines, military, trade work
