IMPORTANT = This is an on-site position in Colby, Kansas. Candidates unable to work on-site will not be considered.

Pay = $15 – $20/hr (base + tips)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and make sandwiches and other menu items with speed and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering questions.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the food preparation areas and dining space.
• Handle cash register operations accurately including processing payments and giving change.
• Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet the demands of a fast-paced work environment.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety standards and practices.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
