Crew Member

Responsibilities include

Customer Service:

• Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries.

Food and Beverage Preparation:

• Prepare and serve Dunkin' products following established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate various kitchen equipment, such as ovens, grills, and coffee machines.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are consistently followed.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow Dunkin' operational and safety procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
