Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble treat orders quickly and accurately following health and safety standards
• Communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Operate and maintain restaurant and chill equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer and work areas
• Stock and rotate products properly to ensure freshness
• Assist with daily prep work and thorough cleaning of the chill area
• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Report any issues or unusual situations promptly to management

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Capable of standing for long periods and working in varying temperature conditions
• Strong communication skills and ability to read order monitors accurately
• Adherence to food handling procedures and local health regulations
• Positive attitude, good manners, proper hygiene, and punctuality
