Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver sandwiches, beverages, and treats following Dunkin' brand standards
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any guest issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines

Team Environment

• Work respectfully and collaboratively with team members
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the team
• Learn and perform multiple tasks with enthusiasm

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in English with basic computer skills
• Ability to count money and make change accurately
• Capable of operating restaurant equipment (age requirements may apply)
• Weekend availability and willingness to work early mornings (6am-12 Noon)
