Crew Member

Tony Beef, a leading restaurant in the culinary industry, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including taking orders from customers, preparing food items, assembling orders, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. You will also assist with stocking inventory, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met, and providing friendly and efficient service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare food items according to recipes and guidelines
• Assemble orders and ensure they are presented in an appealing manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers

• No previous experience required; training will be provided
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic math skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

• Estimate Hourly Wage $18-$22/hr (Base pay plus Online Tips)
