Job Description - Crew Member- Busser

Job Title: Busser / Crew Member
Location: Beach Happy Café and Cocktail – Seagrove, FL
Pay: Starting at $14.00/hour + tips
Position Summary:
Beach Happy Café is looking for dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Crew Members to join our front-of-house team as Bussers. This role is key to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment while supporting servers and ensuring guests have a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, patio, and service areas
Assist servers by refilling water, running food when needed, and supporting guest requests
Remove trash, sweep floors, and keep all areas neat and sanitary
Stock service stations with necessary supplies (napkins, utensils, condiments, etc.)
Help maintain restroom cleanliness throughout shift
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests when interacting
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
