Crew Member- Counter

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our team working behind our busy counter.  The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a positive dining experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be able to work well in a team setting, and be willing to learn new skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the food service industry.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
• Process cash and credit transactions efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with food preparation and packaging as needed
• Answer customer inquiries and provide menu information
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Allergen Awareness & Food Handler Certification must be obtained prior to start date ($25 + $15 cost at your expense)
