Crew Member- Day Shift

WE ARE IN NEED OF A DAYTIME (7AM-3PM; 8AM-4PM) AND/OR MID-DAY (11AM-5PM) SHIFT SUPPORT DURING THE WEEK.

Our priority is customer service! Team members must be friendly and professional towards customers and each other at all times. As a Crew Member, you are expected to:

• take customer orders with our point-of-sale system
• make food and smoothies, following proven recipes
• prep food including accurate measuring and weighing
• stock, re-stock and clean-up individual stations and back of house area

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare recipes: Crew members will be trained to complete orders (food and smoothies) according to our recipes or as customer’s request. All orders are made fresh.
• Food prep: Crew members will be trained to prepare food for use in the front of the house stations
• Cashier: Crew members will be trained to take accurate orders from our guests and handle money transactions.
• Restock: Crew members will be trained to restock supplies and keep the flow of service running efficiently.
• CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN: Crew members will be trained on how to keep the Cafe in tip top shape at all times!

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Pleasant disposition, sociable, accommodating nature, and enthusiasm
• Self-motivation, creativity, and adaptability
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to read English
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Available to work flexible hours
• Experience with a POS system (desired)
• Quick learner in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
