• Participate actively in multiple projects at various stages to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Follow safety protocols and work performance standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and landscaping tasks to enhance the aesthetic and functional value of outdoor spaces.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project goals and deadlines.

 Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor construction is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions, includes lifting and standing for extended periods of time. 
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
