About Us:
We’re a multi-concept ghost kitchen specializing in bold flavors—bringing together Middle Eastern cuisine from Cedars in Hyde Park and Nashville hot chicken from Hot Chi under one roof on the North Side of Chicago. Our fast-paced kitchen operates exclusively for online orders (no in-person customers), making it the perfect environment for focused, high-energy team members who thrive in an efficient workspace.
What You’ll Do:
- 🔪 Prep ingredients for both Middle Eastern and Nashville hot chicken menus.
- 🍽️ Assemble and execute online orders with speed and accuracy.
- 🧼 Maintain a clean and organized kitchen (including dishwashing, sanitizing workstations, and handling food waste).
- 🔄 Work closely with 1-2 other team members per shift to ensure smooth operations.
- ⏳ Follow kitchen procedures and food safety standards for a seamless, high-quality service.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
✅ Reliability and teamwork—you’ll be working with a small but mighty crew.
✅ Comfortable standing for long periods and handling basic kitchen equipment.
✅ Food service or prep experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
