What You'll Do:
- Take charge of your own caseload with autonomy and support
- Appear in court for arraignments, pretrials, motion hearings, and trials
- Negotiate fiercely with prosecutors and advocate effectively for your clients
- Develop winning strategies, draft persuasive motions, and conduct legal research
- Keep your clients informed and empowered throughout their case
- Be part of a team that’s got your back — in court and beyond
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed CA attorney with 1–5 years of experience in criminal defense
- Solid courtroom chops and a confident presence
- Strong legal writing, motion practice, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a major plus
- Trial experience is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker — we’ll help you get there
