Crisis Services Residential Site Supervisor

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or other related work experience.
• Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks.
• Ability to pass and maintain required trainings such as CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration and Positive Behavioral Support Training
• Sit, stand, walk, bend, and move intermittently during working hours.
• Meet the licensing, contractual, & other mandated requirements of the state.
• Navigate company software systems.
• Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetic services that will enable these senses to function adequately.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of liability insurance and a satisfactory driving record.
• Possess a motor vehicle or have access to a vehicle to transport individuals to events, activities, and appointments.
• Possess and use a cell phone with internet access (i.e. smart phone) for work-related tasks.
• Language proficiency in both written and spoken English.
