CRISIS CENTER SUPERVISOR - OVERNIGHTS

Springfield, Missouri

Job Duties:

• Supervise Emergency Room Enhancement (ERE), Community Behavioral Health Liaisons (CBHL) , Co-Responders and Suicide Prevention Liaison.

• Regularly review and monitor written documentation, providing corrective feedback and employee discipline as needed, to assure compliance with documentation requirements.

• Monitor staff’s documentation and assist in required reporting and deliver information to the Assistant Director of Crisis Services.

• Facilitate the hiring and training of new staff as needed.

• Provide telephone and face to face crisis intervention; document all phone and face-to-face contacts on appropriate forms.

• Develop new partnerships within the community in order to Crisis Service Programs.

• Provide assessment, mobile response, and coverage when needed.

• Provide regularly scheduled team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree or Higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related Behavioral Health field.

• Experienced, qualified mental health professional

• 1 year minimum of crisis experience
