Job Description - Critical Care FLOAT (Nursing)

Seeking experienced Critical Care RNs for a Float Pool position within a hospital, allowing for assignment to various units excluding Psych and ED. Must have 2+ years ICU experience, BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications, and an active NY RN license. Expectation to manage 6-7 patients with diverse diagnoses such as strokes, sepsis, cardiac conditions, and trauma. Shifts are 6:30a-7p with Navy Blue scrub color requirement. Number of beds in the Critical Care Float Pool unit is 42, with opportunities for development and utilization of specialty equipment.
