Critical Environments Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Advanced understanding and execution of system operation and physical locations for all mechanical and electrical systems.
Support the execution of all maintenance and project activities, as required; and manage all projects as needed.
Full understanding of all service contractors' scopes of work, methods and procedures to ensure completion of assigned tasks.
Enforce Well Fargo's change control processes.
Monitor all Critical Environments space conditions and perform rounds as required.
Assist the Critical Environments Project Manager with work scope development for projects.
Create reports for incidents that occur during shift.
Ensure that all systems function within design parameters and manage all malfunctions and anomalies as required.
Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions in critical areas when notified by the site monitoring system (Siemens, EPMS, SCADA), client, building security or property management personnel during and outside of normal business hours.
Enforce Data Center Management housekeeping standards.
Participate in company safety training classes and practice safe work methods
Must possess ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Provide coverage support to the site manager in the absence of the Critical Environments Manager.
