CRM Communications Specialist

We are on the lookout for a CRM Communication Specialist to join our CRM Team.

Role overview

As a CRM Communication Specialist, you’ll work across different communication channels to create, test, and improve customer communications. You’ll run A/B tests, analyze campaign results, and use your findings to improve future campaigns.

You’ll also work with external providers and collaborate with design and content teams to make sure campaigns are delivered smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• A/B Testing: Run A/B tests across email, SMS, push notifications, and messenger communication channels.
• HTML Templates: Create HTML templates for testing based on existing HTML master templates.
• Campaign Analysis: Analyze campaign results, draw conclusions, and prepare performance reports.
• SMS Communications: Create and test SMS templates and coordinate with third-party providers.
• Push & Popup Communications: Create and test popup and app push templates.
• Telegram Communications: Create and test communication templates for Telegram.
• Design & Content: Prepare and coordinate design and content requests for CRM campaigns.

• Email Marketing: Previous experience working with email marketing and customer communications.
• HTML: Good knowledge of HTML, with the ability to work with and edit email templates.
• CRM Systems: Previous experience working with CRM systems and communication platforms.
• A/B Testing: Practical experience running and analyzing A/B tests.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of email technical requirements and how email communications are delivered.
• Language Skills: Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
