CRM Lead - Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Silver Bell Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a
leading international company in the FMCG industry. We are looking for an
experienced CRM Lead to join their team in Belgrade and take ownership of CRM
campaigns, customer journeys, and marketing automation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Managing
  the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns and customer journeys, including
  planning, deployment, testing, and quality assurance
  
• Coordinating
  with global and local teams to ensure timely and successful campaign execution
  
• Developing
  and refining customer segmentation strategies based on customer data
  
• Monitoring
  campaign performance, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities for
  optimization
  
• Testing
  new tools, formats, and approaches to improve customer engagement and campaign
  effectiveness
  
• Collaborating
  with cross-functional teams to design and deploy customer-focused campaigns
  
• Driving
  continuous improvement across CRM campaigns and customer journeys
  

Requirements:

• Minimum
  5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or similar roles
  
• Strong
  hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), CRM campaigns, and
  customer journeys
  
• Experience
  with HTML, Figma, Workfront (ticketing), and project management skills
  
• Data-driven
  mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization
  
• Strong
  stakeholder management skills across global and local teams
  
• Excellent
  attention to detail and proactive approach to innovation and continuous
  improvement
  
• German
  language is a strong plus; SQL, Power BI, and SFMC certification are additional
  advantages
