Job Description - CRM Manager*in (m/f/d)
We are looking for a CRM Manager (m/f/d) to join us in driving BRLO's mission forward, optimizing and improving our customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Your Tasks
You will develop our customer relationship management strategy, both with regard to our B2B customers and for our B2C customers in our own restaurants. You will select a suitable CRM tool for this.
You build up a database of our customers. You will analyze where we can collect customer data (e.g. existing tools such as reservation systems, newsletter sign-up, etc.) and develop measures and segmentation to improve data collection.
Along the entire customer journey, you will design, manage and optimize measures and multichannel campaigns for customer retention, development and recovery for different target groups.
You will develop and launch a customer loyalty program to emotionalize and retain BRLO fans across all channels and touchpoints.
You work closely with our sales team and our gastro team to guarantee our brand experience and identify upselling and cross-selling potential.
You take care of the quality of the data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
You will conduct regular customer surveys (e.g. NPS), analyze the data independently and derive recommendations for action and measures for our products, services and restaurants.
Your Profile
Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable subject with a focus on marketing/CRM.
Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position.
Technical competence and sound knowledge in the development and handling of databases and CRM systems, ideally in the beverage or hospitality industry.
Analytical thinking and the ability to gather and interpret complex data and draw strategic conclusions.
Experience in developing and implementing customer loyalty programs.
Experience in performance marketing an advantage.
Enthusiasm for the latest trends and benchmarks in loyalty marketing and CRM.
Ability to work in a team and to work independently and successfully manage projects.
Fluent written and spoken German and English.
