Job Description - CRM Systems Analyst

Our CRM division at abra is expanding as part of our growing Microsoft-related activity, and we’re looking for a CRM Systems Analyst to join us in a meaningful and versatile role. This is a great opportunity to join a professional and collaborative team, work with advanced technologies, and have a direct impact on business and technological processes across a diverse range of clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze business needs and define CRM requirements
  • Write functional and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams
  • Lead client workshops, training, and UAT sessions
  • Support full project lifecycle from planning to delivery
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM systems analysis – preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Experience writing detailed documentation: BRD, FRD, and technical specs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with integration processes, data modeling, and system architecture – an advantage
