Your responsibilities will include: Develop and execute strategic, data-informed territory sales plans based on product positioning, market competition, and customer needs Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that educate clinicians and support the adoption of our CRM technologies Provide direct support during device implants in hospital labs and operating rooms, followed by ongoing engagement to ensure long-term patient and customer satisfaction Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical or sales experience 5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field sales Strong technical aptitude with the ability to confidently explain and support complex product solutions Willingness to participate in a 24/7/365 rotational call schedule with your sales team Flexibility to work variable hours and complete an extensive onboarding and training program Master's degree or MBA Experience in Structural Heart, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, or related fields Prior experience supporting cardiovascular device implantation
