This CRNA job-share is built for someone who wants full-time-caliber pay and benefits without a full-time calendar — 26 weeks of work a year, leaving the rest of the calendar genuinely yours.

You'll work four 10-hour days a week with 1:5 call, covering a varied case mix: general surgery, ortho, podiatry, ENT, healthy pediatrics, endo, OB, GYN, uro, and ophthalmology. Enough variety to stay sharp, without the grind of a 52-week schedule.

Pay is based on the full-time range (which includes PTO), with your job-share rate expected to come in at more than half of that listed range — and it's negotiable. On top of base pay, you'll get a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and an annual allowance for CME, licensing, and subscriptions.

What Your Week Looks Like

Four 10-hour shifts, then on to the next thing — whether that's your 26 weeks off for the year or simply getting home with daylight to spare. Call is 1:5, keeping coverage manageable and predictable.

What We're Looking For

• Completion of an accredited nurse anesthetist program
• Oregon CRNA licensure or eligibility
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Relevant anesthesia experience preferred
• Comfort with Epic EMR
• A team-focused mindset and genuine interest in rural healthcare
