Inova is expanding our Anesthesia services within our Surgery Service Line at Inova Loudoun (ILH) and InovaFairOaksHospitals (IFOH).Thisnewlyaligned servicewithlocal leadershipisseeking experienced, motivated/passionate and world class CRNA's to join our team and serve our communities.With flexible scheduling the CRNA’s work as a collaborative team member with surgeons and other healthcare professionals. ILH providing services within a well-rounded case mix of bread and butter, healthy peds, women’s health, Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, regional, robotic, ortho, some trauma and busy ASC. IFOH providing services within a well-rounded case mix of bread and butter, healthy peds, women’s health, regional, robotic, ortho, endocrine, spine, labor and delivery and endoscopy.
Other benefits include: 8 Weeks PTO/ETO; license & certifications paid for in addition to $1800 annual CME allowanceand Education hours.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Education:Master ofScienceinNursingfromaccredited NurseAnesthesia nursingprogram
Experience: No experience required, but 2-3 years preferred
Licensure:Licensed toPracticeasaRegisteredNurseintheCommonwealthofVirginiarequired Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the Commonwealth of Virginia required
American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required
Experienceinallmethods ofanestheticdelivery includingbutnotlimitedtointravenous/general, spinal and epidural
Experience in broad spectrum of clinical services- including but not limited to joint replacement, spine,vascular,minimallyinvasivesurgery,interventionalradiology,maternal/obstetrics,endoscopic, diagnostic imaging.
Collaborateandcoordinatewithphysicians,nurses, techniciansandotherhealthcareproviders in the assessment and management of patients throughout the peri-procedural encounter
Must demonstrate good communication skills and an ability to work in team environment
