Procedures: | Epidural placement required. labor epidurals, spinals/ITN in obese patients, and comfortable with pediatric patients, Occasional moderate procedural sedation in the ER |

Certifications Needed: | BLS, ACLS |
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: | Will not respond to codes, will not serve as backup in the ER |
Other additional pertinent information: | Inpatient only. 5 OR facility with endoscopy suite and Labor and Delivery Epidural coverage provided by CRNAs. Daily coverage is 4 CRNAs with 1 of these CRNAs being on call. 1 MDA available daily in OR and for call cases. Medical Direction in OR and CRNA only for endoscopy and Labor and Delivery. Call is covered from home with 20min response time. Call back for OR cases is rare but occasionally call CRNA will cover the OR after 1630 if cases are still running. CRNA call person responsible for Epidurals after hours. Call is shared 1:5 with weekend coverage every 5th weekend. |
