Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join our close-knit, independent team at Northwest Medical Center in Siloam Springs, AR. This is an ideal opportunity for a CRNA who enjoys autonomy in practice and values a flexible, team-based rotation with ample time off.

Position Highlights:

• CRNA-only model


• $326,000 1099


• 10 weeks off per year


• Team of 4 CRNAs, with 3 on-site daily and 1 off


• Call is 1:5


• Case mix includes: GI, Orthopedic, General Surgery, GYN, Neuro, ENT, and Bariatrics
