We are seeking an experienced or new graduate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our established multispecialty ambulatory surgery center located just 35 minutes north of Philadelphia. Job Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for diverse outpatient surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Provide anesthesia services for orthopedic surgery, gastroenterology (GI) procedures, ENT cases, ophthalmology, cosmetic surgery, and other elective outpatient procedures
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and manage post-anesthesia recovery
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and anesthesiologists in a team-based care environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and anesthesia records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and anesthesia supply management

Job Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Pennsylvania CRNA license or eligibility to obtain PA licensure
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred but not required
• Experience with multispecialty outpatient anesthesia cases is a plus
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
