Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and warranties via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
• Provide information on vehicle specifications, maintenance, and service options.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and coordinating repair appointments.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Stay updated on automotive trends, products, and service innovations to provide relevant assistance.

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to explain technical information in an understandable manner.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
