Croatian Speaking Customer Service for Aviation industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the aviation industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about travel and providing superior customer service. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their inquiries regarding flight bookings, airline services, and airport information, all while communicating effectively in Croatian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to aviation services, including flight schedules, ticket sales, and policies via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
• Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and general travel queries.
• Provide information regarding baggage policies, check-in procedures, and flight status.
• Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with airline operations teams to address customer needs and issues.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and travel advisories to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Croatian (both oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with booking systems and CRM software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
